Insurances Accepted
I’m not in network with any insurance companies. However, many have out-of-network (OON) benefits available to use and these benefits on average cover between 70%-50% of the cost of therapy. Also, psychotherapy is a tax deductible medical expense. Please inquire if you’re interested in learning more.

Individual Sessions:
- $225 per 50 minute session,

Just like you'd invest in good running shoes for a marathon, a monthly gym membership, a quality chiropractor, or buying nutritious food, investing in your mental health is a key component to overall health. Every session is an investment into a healthier you, and you’re worth it.
Tier 3- Sprouting ($225): I'm able to cover my basic needs with little to no stress; I may have some debt but it doesn't keep me from getting my basic needs met; I own my home or property OR rent a higher end property; I own or lease a car; I'm employed, don't need to work to meet my needs, or am taking time off from a traditionally high earning field (ex. tech sector, sales); I have regular access to health care; I have access to financial savings; I have expendable income for items like buying new clothes, buying a coffee/drink when I want, etc.; I can usually to always buy things new; I can afford an annual vacation or take time off without there being a serious financial impact
Tier 2- Radicle Roots ($185): Stress about meeting basic needs and at least half of the time I’m meeting them; I have some debt but it doesn’t impact my ability to meet my basic needs too much; I have a job or have been laid off from a tech company; I own or lease a car; I have access to health care; I may have access to financial savings; I can go thrifting every now and then; I can take a vacation annually or every few years without financial burden
Tier 1- Imbibition ($145): frequent stress about meeting basic needs (food, housing, transportation) and don’t always meet them; I have debts that keep me from meeting my basic needs; I rent lower-end properties or have several housemates; I don’t have a car or have limited access to a car and gas; I’m underemployed or unemployed (not by choice) from a non tech company; I qualify for public aid assistance like WIC, SNAP, or MediCal; I can’t take time off from work for a sick day due to the financial impact from it or fear of being fired.
